Getting older doesn’t mean we have it figured out; we can all use a little help from time to time, right? I hope I never stop learning.
I’ve learned from experience my thoughts govern my day. Once I got the knack of monitoring my thoughts, I became a much happier person! Call it mindfulness or call it growing wiser.
