Practicing mindfulness is the foundation of a happy heart. You’re always conscious or mindful about what you’re thinking, feeling and doing.

You practice mindfulness each time you make a conscious choice. For example when you realize you’re tired, you sit down and rest. When someone is unkind, you realize it’s not about you, it’s their fear or envy so you let it go. You’re conscious of not giving a damn.

As we grow ageless, becoming mindful and being aware of our mindset is crucial to staying healthy as well as happier. If we’re willing to let go of thoughts that don’t support us, we’re able to let in kinder sweeter ones.

Be conscious today. Pay attention to your practice of mindfulness is all you need to focus on. Awareness is the same as mindfulness. When we’re aware worlds can change.
