Practicing mindfulness is the foundation of a happy heart and the key to being hip over fifty.

Each time you make a conscious choice you’re practicing mindfulness. When you realize you’re tired, you sit down and rest. When someone is unkind, you realize it’s not about you, it’s their fear or envy so you let it go. You’re conscious of not giving a damn.

Becoming mindful is crucial to staying healthy as well as happier. If we’re willing to let go of thoughts that don’t support us, we’re able to let in healthier more supportive ones.

All you need to focus on is your mindset. Being hip over fifty means practicing daily awareness, mindfulness and choosing to be happy.
